These terms govern your use of WrenchClaim (wrenchclaim.com), a digital service paid for with prepaid credits, operated by NETBEARS TEAM SRL. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Description of the service

WrenchClaim watches a HVAC/plumbing shop's recent jobs, flags unclaimed in-warranty part failures before the filing window closes, and drafts the claim packet.

You can use the service in your browser or, with an API key, from your own software: a field-service tool submits a job record and receives back warranty eligibility and a claim packet ready for review and filing.

Results are delivered in your dashboard and via the API as: Per-item status: ELIGIBLE (with days left), LOST, NOT ELIGIBLE, UNSUPPORTED BRAND, NEEDS CHECK; Claim packet laid out in the distributor form's field order; 12-month warranty leak report with a parts-cost dollar estimate. Turnaround depends on your own review process (see how results are checked in our privacy policy); there is no fixed SLA on review time.

2. Account registration

You sign in with an email address and password (or a supported social sign-in, if enabled). You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any API keys you create confidential, and for activity on your account. Your account's own reviewer role (assigned by your account's owner) approves work before it's finished. Our staff do not review your submitted work; they only access it when needed for support, security, or legal reasons.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and only to process content you have the right to submit.
• Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or API key restrictions.
• Do not use the service to process another person's confidential documents without authorization to do so.
• Do not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying models.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit. We claim no ownership over your content or the results generated from it. The WrenchClaim name, logo and website design belong to NETBEARS TEAM SRL.

5. Pricing and credits

Credits are sold in packs and never expire:

Prices are in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Creem at checkout and shown before you pay. Submitting a job reserves the credits it costs; they are captured (permanently deducted) only when the job completes successfully, and refunded automatically to your balance if it fails or is rejected in review — you are never charged for work we couldn't complete or verify.

6. Payment processor

Credit-pack purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant and seller of record. Creem's own terms of service govern the payment itself (card handling, tax calculation, invoicing); we govern the service the credits are redeemed for. 7. Limitation of liability

WrenchClaim is software that processes the documents you submit and prepares output for review. The office manager or warranty coordinator reviews, edits and submits every packet; WrenchClaim never submits to any portal itself. It is a tool, not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETBEARS TEAM SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer protection law that applies to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches acceptable use above, with notice where practical. You may stop using the service, or delete your account (see below), at any time.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. This removes your stored content and account rows at once, per the retention rules in our privacy policy; the credit ledger is kept as a financial record regardless, as that section explains. If you have a remaining credit balance, contact us at hello@wrenchclaim.com before deleting your account so we can sort out any unused credits (see returns and refunds).

10. Links to third-party sites

The service may link to third-party sites (for example, Creem's checkout pages, or ANSPDCP (the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing)/ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection)). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

11. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. We will not remove your ability to download results you have already paid for during their retention period (see retention in our privacy policy).

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is when it was last updated; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union law. Any dispute not resolved informally, and not subject to the consumer options in consumer protection below, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

14. Consumer protection

If you are a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence apply regardless of this section. You may raise a complaint with ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) (https://anpc.ro/) or use ANPC's SAL (alternative dispute resolution) service (https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/).

15. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers ordinarily have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, and our own policy already goes further: unused credit packs are refunded in full within that window on request (see returns and refunds). Because this is a digital service delivered as soon as a job is submitted, starting a job before that window ends means giving up the withdrawal right for the credits it uses. We collect that as an explicit request and acknowledgement — a checkbox at checkout, separate from and in addition to simply submitting a job — before your first purchase can be used; credits from the same pack that remain unused stay covered by the 14-day refund above.
